Thuja, also known as Morpankh, Thuja is a evergreen coniferous trees in the cypress family Cupressaceae & native to India is a coniferous tree or shrubs, native to North America and also in the eastern part of Asia.The leaves are scale-like 1–10 mm long, except young seedlings in their first year, which have needle-like leaves.The scale leaves are arranged in alternating decussate pairs in four rows along the twigs. Morpankhi is a fast-growing, evergreen plant. Morpankhi plant is widely used for ornamental purposes.
